Jan Baker<\/b> is the Executive Director of Learning Together<\/b><\/span> and has been a committed leader within the organization since 2008. With deep experience in early childhood education, organizational strategy, and family advocacy, Jan leads with purpose, compassion, and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.<\/p>\n

At Learning Together, Jan leads from a place of deep purpose and personal connection to the mission. She doesn\u2019t just believe in inclusive early childhood education\u2014she lives it every day. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that when we center children and families, especially those who are often overlooked, we can create real, lasting change in our communities.<\/p>\n

As Executive Director, Jan provides overall leadership for the organization, guiding its vision, strategy, and daily operations to ensure strong program delivery and long-term sustainability. She is responsible for aligning mission-driven goals with responsive, inclusive practices that meet the evolving needs of children, families, and staff.<\/p>\n

With a focus on equity, impact, and collaboration, Jan works to strengthen internal capacity, build strong external relationships, and lead Learning Together in delivering high-quality, inclusive services that reflect the values and voices of the community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Charles has over 11 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education and has been teaching children of all abilities throughout this time. Charles previously worked at Learning Together between 2017 \u2013 2019 while he obtained his B-K license. Following, Charles spent 3 years working for the Children\u2019s Developmental Services Agency providing program coordination to families throughout Wake County, and then returned to Learning Together in his current role.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Korinn is a graduate of Capella University with a master\u2019s degree in education and a specialization in Early Childhood Education. She also has a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Union University with a degree in Psychology. Korinn brings 20-plus years of experience working with children and 12-plus years in the Early Childhood Education field to this new position at Learning Together. She also has experience in the nonprofit field, working with diverse populations and advocating for families in the community. Her passion is working in the early childhood educational setting and building relationships with families that help set each child\u2019s foundation for success.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
